According to the British Hallmarks this piece was made in Birmingham around 1926 by William Neale Ltd. Given its age it’s in very good structural condition. Yes she’s tarnished and has a few light dings, but snaps closed perfectly!! Please see and enlarge all photos as they serve as the main description.
