Hand-set and privately printed, this 76 page volume represents a rare artistic collaboration between author Gladys Edgerton and legendary libertarian publisher Joseph Ishill at his famous Oriole Press.

Edgerton was a writer closely integrated into early 20th-century intellectual, literary, and progressive circles. Ishill (1888-1966), an immigrant anarchist, typographer, and major figure in the historic Ferrer Colony. Operating The Oriole Press completely as a one man labor of love, Ishill hand-set every single letter of his publications to produce museum-grade typographic masterpieces.
