Vintage Fused Glass Abstract Art Dish 30cm Square Studio Glass Platter

striking and very colourful piece of studio art glass, measuring approximately 30cm x 30cm.

The dish features an abstract multicoloured design incorporating shades of pink, green, blue, turquoise, yellow, orange, red and purple, with numerous pieces of coloured glass and fine glass inclusions fused within the clear glass.

The glass has been kiln formed and shaped into a shallow square dish with gently curved sides. The surface has a lovely glossy finish and the colours and textures change noticeably with the light.

Maker / origin unknown – there are no visible maker's marks or labels.

A really unusual decorative piece of studio art glass that would make an eye-catching centrepiece, display dish or collectible piece of contemporary/vintage glass art.
