Vintage Brass Muzzle Loader Percussion Cap Dispenser / Dispensing Tool A used tool, handy if you know what it is, and especially if you need one !!!
It is about 135mm or 5 3/8 inches long plus the wire hanging loop.
There are two springs inside it which propel the caps down it to dispense.
I am not sure if there should be another spring or a longer one only to reach to fill the slot.
