The cassette is in EX-/VG+ condition as it plays fine but there is some bubbling on the paper labels on both sides.  Please see pictures.

The inlay is in EX- condition as there are signs of handling.  On the inside of the inlay there are a few marks on the third and fourth panels and also on the fourth panel there is a date stamp " 5 DEC 1972".    When the inlay is held next to the nose there is a very slight smell of smoke.   Please see pictures.
