The National Jamboree for the Scouts BSA (Boy Scouts of America) was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia from July 22 - July 31 2026. Although smaller than previous jamborees, it was an awesome experience and makes me very hopeful for future jamborees, and all of scouting. 

This patch was created for members of the medical staff (Jamboree Service Team or JST) at the jamboree. Dr. Diamond has been creating and giving these patches out to the medical staff since the 1973 jamboree (50 years!!). Dr. Chasen joined him in this venture in 2013, 2017 and has supplied them to the medical staff in 2019 and again in 2023. The 50+ year tradition continued in 2026. 


Each member of the medical JST staff was gifted one patch with their job title (from the 6 choices) with a loop to be worn on their ID lanyard (if desired).


This is the trader nurse patch with a red background and heart. 

 

All have a gold border. These are different than the gift patches (delegate set) as there are no loops. 

These badges went through the official approval process and are therefore, official medical patches. 

All patches are MINT!
