Investment casting using a ceramic mold instead of sand and high quality iron tested for contaminants makes for a very fine cast iron grill pan. It’s beautifully made as well as any French pan I’ve seen. It appears to be quite rare as well. They have a website but nothing presently for sale. This one is pre seasoned, about 11 inches across and appears unused. There are a few light bottom scratches
