I'm not sure what the story is of this thing it's definitely Herman monster it's a about 6 1/2 inches tall the base it's about 5 inches wide and it's made out of some kind of clear plastic. It looks like acrylic. I'm not sure what the story this is and on the edge of it looks like it had an O-ring in it at one time it was the top of some sort of canister. I have no idea what the story is. It's pretty cool and I think it's kind of a scarce thing I can't find another one. There's some paint worn off of the base and the head I think is chalk where it's heavy and it's molded into the plastic. I have no idea. It's pretty cool neat thing and I consider keeping it, but I got too much stuff in this house so it could be yours. There's no damage to it no chips or cracks. There's a little bit of paint where which you could touch up if you wanted to, but I think it looks good just like iI'd like to know where this came from but who knows it's definitely Herman Munster and it's more detailed than most of the other heads that I've seen it's cool and maybe one of a kind who knows
