I bought these at an estate sale and all the same ties on them and I'm not sure if they've been used cause I don't see any evidence of them ever being hot or their bulbs are actually clear looking. I plugged them all in and tested them and put pictures of thatand they have two little flanges on the back to screw into the bottom of the cabinet. They're kind of nice actually if you had a display cabinet and they're 20 W which shouldn't generate too much heat I wouldn't think.
