The time has come for me to reluctantly let this 1960 Austin Mini Mk1 go.

 It was built on 1/12/1960, but not registered until 13/03/1961.  You will notice that it has an ‘A ‘ registration plate. I understand this is an example of DVLA  testing registration numbers prior to the actual introduction in 1963.

 It was Farina Grey and still has its original upholstery,which will obviously need the foams and seat bases replacing. It retains its original engine which turns freely, although I have not attempted to start it.

The floor pan is the early type with the foam filled sills. It has never been welded underneath and you can see from the photos the floor pan  and boot floor are in very good condition. 

There is some corrosion underneath the back seat where the sub frame comes close to the body. The bottoms of the rear wheel arches are corroded and as you can see from the photos, some on the front inner wings. All of which can have repair sections cut in and welded up. 
The A panels, front panel and wings all actually do need replacing and the doors reskinning. I have taken the photos to show the worst bits so you can make an informed decision. 

The door hinges look to be the brass type, you can see on the photos where the paint has chipped off. 
The speedometer is not the original.
