Sylvanian Families Callico Critters Deluxe Living Room Set Boxed

Sweet Sylvanian Families playset with working fireplace.

The cake box is missing from the accessories. Also the framed painting that goes on the wall is missing.

The magazines and gift box would have come on a sheet and as this is used they are now loose in the box. The gift box has been crushed, see photos, but maybe could be flattened out and remade.

The box has been opened and there are tears to either end which we have taped shut.
