Vintage leather bound QSHL Rules book given to Quebec Senior hockey league referees.  Aside from rules and regulations it is a  fantastic statistical reference book for hockey historians..chock full of information:  league and team directories, information on rinks, attendance records, trophy winners and game results from the previous season, scoring and goalie stats, a list of QSHL players who made it to the NHL, and more.  The book is in excellent condition with no significant issues - there are a few pen marks on the first few blank end pages, previous owner's name and address on the last page, and a notation about expenses on the last page as well.
