This is a pre-Columbian style ceramic vessel, made of terracotta clay tinted in reddish, brown, and beige tones. Its design features distinctive characteristics, especially in its handles.

Zoomorphic Handles: The vessel's two handles are not simple holes, but are modeled three-dimensionally to represent two different animal heads.

On one side, the head of what appears to be a feline creature, possibly a jaguar or puma, is visible, with painted spots and simple facial details.

On the other side, the head of a snake with its mouth open is visible, with a design that suggests scales and teeth.

The central body of the vessel is decorated with horizontal bands painted in black and beige tones on the reddish clay.

A wide central band displays intricate geometric motifs, including cross lines and linear patterns that resemble traditional textile designs.

Below this geometric band, there is a strip that completely encircles the vessel. This band depicts a procession of stylized animal figures, painted black. These figures have four legs and long tails, and their form suggests they could represent dogs, camelids (such as llamas or alpacas), or perhaps other small land animals that were part of the environment and mythology of the culture that created the vessel.
