M3MG George Martin Studio Edition, 2006

A special tribute model by C.F. Martin, limited to only 127 units worldwide.

Named after legendary producer George Martin, this guitar was designed with the concept of being a truly usable acoustic guitar in the studio.

The body uses a 0000 M size, offering the power of a dreadnought while boasting a more balanced response.

The top is made of solid Italian Alpine spruce.

It has a fast attack and responds faithfully to even the most delicate touches.

The back and sides are made of solid mahogany, providing both a warm midrange and a clear, focused tone.

The excellent separation in recording environments and the clarity of chord work truly live up to the Studio Edition name. The fretboard is made of ebony, and in addition to the Style 42 snowflake inlays,
the 5th fret features a special "5" inlay as a tribute to the 5th Beatle.
Furthermore, George Martin's signature inlay is placed between the 19th and 20th frets.
The headstock and back decorations also incorporate the "M" motif, creating an elegant and attractive look.

A collector's piece, yet a practical acoustic guitar.
This is a special model that rarely appears on the market.

Tone
Designed to produce a beautifully balanced sound for studio recording,
it features clear, rich harmonics and excellent response.
It's a model that offers a good balance of volume and response in both solo and ensemble playing.

Condition
Due to age, there is some overall discoloration, minor scratches, dents, and tarnishing of the tuning pegs, showing signs of use,
but the amber color and texture of the top plate give it a charming character.

The string height, using light gauge strings, is approximately 2.5mm on the 6th string side and 2.0mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret.
The neck shows a slight upward bow visible to the naked eye, but it is currently set to a normal string height, so no repairs have been made. Adjustments are possible upon request, so please feel free to ask.
The saddle has approximately 30% remaining, allowing for a remaining adjustment of about 0.1mm to lower the string height.
The frets have approximately 70% remaining, with no noticeable dents, and while there are signs of slight leveling in the past, replacement is not currently necessary.
The aftermarket L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup is also fully functional.
All parts are original.
The SirGeorgeMartinCBE and C.F.MartinIV labels are still attached inside the body.
There are no other significant repairs, body cracks, or neck breaks.

A masterpiece that can be cherished for a long time, both as a collector's item and for playing.

Don't miss this opportunity!!
