I'd say this is likely a bud vase. It's approx. 4 7/8" tall and diameter across the top is approx. 3 1/8" across. I've enjoyed see this in the china cabinet for years, but I'm selling everything now slow process. I believe this is Czech glass by Moser but there is no mark on it. Others describe this style as Bohemian Art glass. It's very beautiful with unfortunately that small chip on the top edge. A flower or leaf would hide it when you use it, or just turn it in a china cabinet to admire the beauty. Shipping will likely be approx 1 lb 7 ounces boxed.
