Cute little toy, looks to be in pretty good condition for it's age.  One plastic hubcap is missing from back right wheel.  3.5" tall.  Rolls good.  clothes appears to be clean and in pretty good shape.  Face is intentionally marked with smudge and bandage by the manufacturer.  .
