This is a nice and clean lot of TOPICAL stamps that offers a nicer variety of OLDER issues. 
There are at least (55) DIFFERENT COUNTRIES represented.
This is an older lot mostly from the 1930's to the 1970's and these are in nice condition. 
THESE ARE VIRTUALLY ALL OFF PAPER. 

There is a block noted and there are only a few duplicates in this lot. 
The unused stamps include MNH, H, HR and NO GUM. There is no foul odor. (see pictures)  

There may be only the slightest small flaw or fault that we missed. (lot # 18)
