Here is a vintage Kyoto Rods of Japan 5 piece split cane fly and spin combination rod. 2 tips ,the handle can be reversed ( a bit tight on the spin side as  seen very little used) to make a 5'3" spinning rod or 8' 3 piece fly rod with spare tip. Line rate? probably #3/4, little chip on the front of the cork handle, otherwise good original condition ready to fish
