For my out of country customers, Particularly sending to China, Taiwan and Brazil. But this now refers to ALL out of country sales.
I
have had to pay several times postage both ways for several reasons and
sometimes not even getting items returned. Arrival time is sometimes
over 90 days.
I have ABSOLUTELY no control over the
postage system. I will no longer take 45 minutes out of my day to go to
post office and stand in line and receive the same information as just
checking the tracking number. That will be up to my customer to go to
post office.
Ebay sends tracking information on every item except letter size envelops.
