The RD7200 is a no-compromise, all-industry locator built for fast, accurate and repeatable results in construction, power, water and telecom applications. Its sunlight-readable display and TruDepth™ readout give precise depth and current readings only when correctly oriented above the target, while high-performance audio and vibration alerts keep operators informed in noisy environments. Eight active and three passive frequencies, plus Power Filters and Dynamic Overload Protection, let it isolate a single target line even in congested or interference-heavy sites.

Built-in safety features like the gyroscopic Swing Warning System and StrikeAlert™ encourage correct handling and warn of shallow cables before they become a problem. Designed and built in Great Britain, the RD7200 is light, well-balanced and comfortable for all-day use, with self-test for on-site confidence.
