A fantastic original WW2 British map from "OPERATION OVERLORD" entitled "CHERBOURG & CAEN" (D-Day's two primary objectives).
A highly sought after sheet featuring the entire D-Day Landing Beaches area from OUISTREHAM to the COTENTIN PENINSULA.
Printed in June 1943.
In decent 'field used' condition, with some light fold wear, a small burn hole, traces of mud and some discolouration mostly to the rear (see photos). In fact, it's the perfect Battlefield survivor !!
A great piece of History.
