Our shipping warehouse and return warehouse are separate locations, so do not send items back to the original shipping address.
You must send the product to the return address we provide. Unauthorized returned packages will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any refund if items are returned to an unspecified address.
3. Return shipping fees incurred due to the buyer’s personal reasons shall be borne by the buyer.
Buyers will also be responsible for all return shipping costs if products are damaged due to improper operation, or if the items have been privately opened and repaired.
