Vintage Compton & Ashley Pure Wool Blazer Jacket 44R Brown Green Stripe Tweed

Classic vintage Compton & Ashley tailored blazer crafted from 100% Pure Wool. The jacket features a refined brown & green striped tweed weave with subtle flecks throughout, offering a timeless country-inspired look suitable for both smart casual and formal wear.

The classic tailoring includes notch lapels, two-button fastening, flap waist pockets, a welt chest pocket and a centre rear vent. Made in Hungary, this is a quality vintage wool blazer with a traditional classic fit.
Based on the styling and labels, this jacket is estimated to date from the late 1980s to early 1990s.

Please note one of the cuff buttons is missing. The remaining buttons are present, making it straightforward to source a matching replacement if desired. Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description. The lining shows some typical vintage creasing from storage and wear.
