Classic MGB GT Limited Edition. These cars were built at Abingdon in 1979 and were in fact the last MGs to be built at the famous factory before its closure in October 1980. The MGB was originally launched in 1962 and can be described as the world's most successful sports car. This is a real beauty and turns heads where ever she goes, running smoothly, imagine NO MORE TAX.....or mot if you choose AND exempt from ULEZ in most places.. there is a file with extensive history to go with this wonderful classic car.
- The LE in MGB GT LE stands for Limited Edition, with only 580 of these GT models produced, making them a rare classic car.
- It was introduced in 1980 and was among the last MGs built at the Abingdon factory before its closure in October 1980. Pewter metallic color with grey upholstery, a common specification for the 1981 MGB GT LE.
This is a classic car and is MOT and TAX exempt, great for summer driving, and has the original upholstery.

There are no known faults and the bodywork is in good condition, underside is sound. I've only used it over the Summer, but started first go after 6months off....it is a very comfortable car to drive. It is a Classic car and collectable as being a le edition, and comes of course with it's heritage certificate. It is 44years old... OVERDRIVE WORKS FINE
