Vintage McGregor USA Union Made Wool Tweed Blazer 39L Grey Long Sport Jacket 60s
Vintage McGregor Sportswear men’s blazer in a grey tweed-style fabric, tagged size 39L. A strong vintage tailored piece with classic long-length proportions, Union Made label detail, and a traditional textured tweed appearance. Likely 1960s–1970s, based on the McGregor Sportswear label style, Union Made label style.
The outer presents well and has a smart vintage look suitable for formal, smart casual, wedding, business, Mod, Ivy, heritage or classic menswear styling. The jacket has a longer cut, structured blazer shape and a distinctive period feel.
There is no visible fabric composition label present, but the outer fabric appears to be a wool or wool-blend tweed.
The outer fabric presents well overall with general age-related wear consistent with a genuine vintage garment. There is vintage discolouration/staining to the arm lining and a visible repair to the arm lining, shown in the photos. These issues are internal and are not visible when the blazer is worn.
