The carburetor is frozen/seized, and the throttle linkage and plates do not move properly. It has not been tested beyond this and is being sold strictly as a core for rebuilding or for parts.
It shows dirt, oxidation, surface rust, corrosion, discoloration, and wear from age and storage. Components may be stuck, worn, damaged, altered, or missing. The choke assembly, vacuum components, linkage, throttle shafts, and internal parts have not been tested.
