I believe this may have been used in a small restaurant or hotel bar as on the side is what looks to be a menu holder, and inside is holders for multiple cocktail sticks.

Likely made of oak with solid brass handles and brass castors with rubber wheels, the lid hinges open, and the side lowers down to make a table.

The only damage is some squiggly scratches on the top.
