It will be packed well for its travels. We try to recycle packing where possible.

  •    You have 30 days warranty / returns for any item
   You MUST return the item in the exact same condition as supplied. For Example:
  •    Any supplied accessories must be returned.
  •   All items have a tamper proof barcode lable - if this is damaged or removed, you will not receive a full refund
  •    If supplied in its original packaging, it must be in the same condition as shown in the pictures - i,e no tape or damage
  •    Any items supplied in original packing are sent out in overpacking to protect the original box - you must do the same.
  •    If you received a brand new sealed item, it must be returned still sealed and unused for a full refund.
 If you return an item as faulty, and upon tested on its return, it is found to be working fine, we have the right to deduct our original & return postage costs plus a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
