A set of 2 vintage images of famed Irish playwright George Bernard Shaw.  The first is a woodcut image by Russian artist Mikhail Pikov, which has the date March 14th, 1949 stamped on it.  The woodcut measures approximately 5.25x8 inches.  The second is a photo used in publication by the Philadelphia Inquirer.  The photo has paint outlining Shaws head, indicating which part of the photo was to be used in the publication.  The back of the photo has Philadelphia Inquirer stamps from 1921, 1930, 1931, 1935, and 1937, indicating that this photo was used by the paper multiple times.  The photo measures approximately 5x7 inches.
