Where can you deliver?
- We ship to residential, business, and rural addresses across Australia.
- Ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order—we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or misplaced deliveries.
- If no one is available to receive the package, it may be left in a safe place or require collection from a local depot.
What if I haven’t received my package?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 8 days of dispatch:

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders. To be eligible for a return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases online or in-store unless the item is faulty.
Sizing & Fit Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem! We offer size exchanges when stock is available. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Military surplus items (exchange only for sizing, no refunds).
- Face masks, base layers, underwear (for hygiene reasons).
- New products that have been worn, used, or altered merchandise.
- Used prodcuts that have had their condition altered.
- Items that do not meet return criteria may be refused.
Freight Costs & Reimbursement
- Refunds/store credits apply to merchandise only – shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it ships.
- A 10% cancellation fee may apply due to non-refundable third-party processing fees.
How to Return an Item
- Pack the item securely in a delivery-proof bag or box (original packaging preferred).
- Include the following information:

- Your name & address
- Reason for the return
- Whether you want a replacement, refund, or store credit
- Refunds are processed through ebay

The Story of South-Pacific Army Surplus
Army and Outdoors - also known as Kiwi Disposals - has been around for a while now, more than 30 years' actually. From a small warehouse taking wholesale orders to now operating two retail stores (Auckland : CLOSED 2024 - and Christchurch) and a busy website serving New Zealand and the world.
In 2015 we changed our name to Army and outdoors from Kiwi Disposals. We thought this better described our range of products and services. In 2011 we lost our iconic Colombo Street store in Christchurch to an earthquake, which was a bit of a bugger. Our flagship Christchurch store servicing New Zealand's largest city and our pioneering online shop kept the business on track.
Our customers come from all walks of life. Hunters looking for the perfect camouflage to film makers sourcing props for the latest sci-fi flick. This is not your standard outdoors store. People we speak to have an expectation of finding hard-wearing, quality gear at a reasonable price. Our ever growing range of stock keeps people returning in-store and online.
