A super silver plated 10 centimetre diameter rose bowl with a crimped type rim and a blank cartouche. 

It has the odd bit of dentage to the bowl which the footage should show but otherwise it's excellent. 

I think it's Victorian. 

It has a very ornate rose design all the way round which the footage should again show.
