Vintage Lieut. R.P. Hobson Souvenir Spoon.  He and crew reportedly sunk their ship the "Merrimac" in an attempt to block the harbor in Santiago, Cuba in the Spanish-American War. 4.5" spoon is marked "STANDARD" on the back.
