Small Items
Small items will usually be sent via Royal Mail.
2nd Class usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver.
1st Class is usually delivered the next working day.
If your item has not arrived within the above times please contact us, we do have to wait 10 working days after the estimated date of delivery before Royal Mail will accept an item is lost.
Any orders that have been sent Signed For will require a signature upon receipt.
Large Items
Larger items are sent using MyHermes or eBay Shutl Next Day Services.

If you have chosen MyHermes as your delivery method the following applies:
Most items will take between 3-5 days to be delivered, if your item has not been delivered by this date please contact us so we can inform MyHermes who will investigate further.
MyHermes also offer contact through email or live chat if wanting to contact them yourself.
eBay Shutl Next Day
If you have chosen eBay Shutl Next Day as your delivery method the following applies:
Most items will take between. 1-2 days to be delivered, eBay Shutl Services use the following Couriers to deliver parcels: UPS, DPD UK Mail
If your item has not arrived on time please contact us so we can ask eBay to look in to the delivery, all items are sent tracked and may require a signature on delivery.
Payments are made through PayPal, this can be using your PayPal balance, credit or debit card.
Faulty Item:
If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.
All other reasons:
If you want to return your item for any other reason eg (change of mind, does not fit) please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We require all items be returned in brand new condition, with ALL the original packaging and tags in place.
The return postage cost will be at your expense.
We will offer a refund for the item, however any postage paid on the original order will not be refunded.
