Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of item, specifying
your reason for the return.

We will then email you instructions of the address where to send your returns to.
Return postage is paid for by the buyer unless the item is found to be faulty or there is a mistake made by us.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition as received with labels and packaging intact.
We highly recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
