Current Issue – Please Read:
This unit is not currently brewing. When powered on, the pump activates, but water does not flow through to the brew head — this is the classic signature of an air lock in the water pump, a well-documented and common Nespresso problem, especially in machines that have sat unused for a while. Many owners successfully resolve this exact symptom at home using simple priming methods (search "Nespresso air lock fix" for several documented techniques), without needing replacement parts. We were not able to get it running ourselves, so it's listed as-is for someone comfortable troubleshooting or who wants it for repair/parts.

Missing Part:
The milk frother is missing its internal stem/whisk insert — the small piece inside the milk container responsible for spinning and aerating the milk. Without it, the frother will not whisk milk properly. This part may be available separately from DeLonghi/Nespresso parts suppliers.

Condition Notes:
Light cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. No cracks or major damage to the housing. Sold as-is, untested for full functionality due to the air lock issue described above.
