This is a Good Copy of this book in limp brown leather binding with gilt titles and to spine and upper cover with gilt motif of two hippo's to the front cover..All page edges are stained in red.One small chip of 8mm to the head of spine,black endpapers with half title present.Well illustrated with engravings and figure drawings plus a fold out plate of a tiger splayed out prior to be skinned.There are NO previous names present.Binding is firm with no hinge weakness,contents remain clean with just an odd internal foxing spot.Uncommon small 8vo [1891]
