Car company spec neoprene is used.  This is the toughest neoprene on the market - automotive-grade neoprene (2.5 mm rubberised material, formaldehyde free) that we use to manufacture genuine branded seat covers for car companies in Australia, who have tested and approved this highly durable neoprene material.  Due to the stretch and resilience properties and 2.5 mm thickness, rubberised neoprene offers the best fitting and far more comfort over the traditional canvas material.
