The product is a vintage 1950s Napco ILX267B Spaghetti Trim Santa Claus Christmas planter or candy vase, standing at 6.5” tall.

Silver Napco Ceramics Japan sticker on bottom.

Has some red paint loss as seen in photos.

The back bottom of the pom-pom has a little hole (pictured #4) and it looks like there might be two other little chips in the spaghetti trim. Takes close inspection.

Face and mustache are in good condition.

Maybe you just want to restore it for your personal use! Still a fun, Vintage Christmas piece with no major structural faults.
