This RP postcard is titled "Burnley From Slater's Clock" and it depicts a scene of Burnley from high up on the clock tower at John Watt's Clock Tower Mill in Sandygate.  Originally built by George Slater, hence Slater's Clock.   An amazing view, so many big chimneys.  Sadly the mill was destroyed by fire in 1987 and the the clocktower was demolished that same year.  The  publisher is Lupton Bros of Burnley.    Postally used and dated 23rd September 19?? - year is not visible, there is a green halfpenny George V stamp with a younger image of George V so I think 1910s.   

The card is in a very good minus condition.  Rubs at corners, some tiny bits of surface paper loss at corners, edge rubs, the odd tiny bump and some tiny surface paper chips to edges, some tiny marks to sky area, light browning / grubbiness, some light marks and the odd tiny mark to reverse.  Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
