In good to fair condition with a few bends/creases, some discoloration to the 6x8 photo and wear to the 9 1/2" x 10 7/8" cardboard mounting card.  Please view pictures.

I believe this is Clinton Missouri. This is what I found when researching this... "The image depicts the Clinton Produce Co., a business that was managed by H.L. Freund. This establishment was located in Clinton, Missouri, within Henry County. History and Key Figures H.L. Freund (Manager): The sign prominently features "H.L. Freund, Mgr.". Historical records indicate that Harry Louis Freund was born in Clinton, Missouri, on September 16, 1905, though his father (presumably the manager in the photo) died when Harry was young. The Business: The company specialized in agricultural products, specifically poultry and eggs, as evidenced by the "POULTRY" and "EGGS" signs flanking the entrance. Regional Context: Clinton was a hub for animal agriculture, particularly known as the "Beef Capital of Missouri," and featured various produce and wholesale companies that supported the region's prosperity. 

I also found the Freund name in Clinton Count Iowa also in a Grocery Business.

I do buy and resale from Estate sales so I cannot guarantee these items come from Smoke free / Pet free homes. I do not wash vintage items (with the exception of some clothing) as to not damage any finishes but try to send in as clean of condition as possible.
