This is a vintage 256KB Cache On A Stick (COAST) memory module; specifically a Samsung KMM764V40GB-15 pipelined burst cache stick with Samsung SRAM chips. It is designed for 160-pin L2 cache slots on mid-1990s motherboards, such as those used for Pentium-era systems. It features a Smart Modular logo on the rear side of the PCB.
Sold AS-IS: The module is untested, as I do not have the means to verify its functionality.
