Media: PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
OMICRON® PVDF Syringe Filters removes microorganisms, particles, precipitates, and un-dissolved solid particles/high particulate solution from aqueous or organic solutions. OMICRON® PVDF membrane filters have low extractable which assure them ideal for sample preparation and mobile phase filtration for HPLC applications.
HPLC Certified: Each batch of 25mm & 33mm PVDF Syringe Filters are tested and certified for use in HPLC applications.

Integrity Test: Integrity of the syringe filter tested by Bubble Point test method using distilled water, BP: > 58 psi (Mfr. Specified)
Housing Leakage Test: Filter is blocked from bottom, dipped in water & exposed to 70 psi. No bubble found
Initial Water Flow Rate: 46.5 ml/min at 0.7 kg/cm² at 250C through Pressure Vessel
HPLC Extractable Test: No extraneous peaks found
Gamma Sterilization (Co-60): (as per SIIR Certificate) 10kGy Single Dose Gamma Irradiation dosages are provided for 1 cycle
