Description

Vintage Philips yellow (repainted) pendant or flush mount light fitting, designed by Louis Kalff.

Model NB92.

Lacking the original hoop diffuser but looks great with XL LED globe bulb shown in the photos (included in the sale).

The cord grip and the flex can easily be removed to allow it to be flush mounted.

Condition

Please see all photos at the top of the listing. Working order. The yellow has been resprayed a slightly richer yellow than the original, a few minor blemishes and marks can be seen through the finish, the white underside shows an almost matt finish and marks and lines can be seen mainly around the edges.

It is recommended that all vintage lamps and lighting are checked by a qualified electrician even if they are shown to be working or have recently been rewired.

Within the description and the photographs that form part of this items condition report any major damage or flaws will have been pointed out such as cracks, chips and large scratches. Due to the nature of buying vintage lamps and lighting it is assumed that it may have some age related wear such as light surface scratches, marks and general wear.

Light bulbs that have been used (especially filament bulbs) do not transport as well as new light bulbs. Light bulbs that have been included with any vintage lamps or lighting cannot be guaranteed to be working after carriage therefor these light bulbs will not be treated as part of the sale.
