Sturdy and  Adjustable Custom Built Model Vehicle Building Jig.

A Custom Built one off Redy Flip Model Jig. This Jig has numerous custom parts to accommodate 1/18 Scale Diecast models. The Jig has many capabilities for modelling Work. The jig can be adapted for RC Cars, 1/25 and 1/18 Scale models. Smaller Scale Semi Trucks and numerous scales of planes and Ships.

The Jig is very versatile due to the number of parts supplied. The parts can make a long jig up to 480mm in length and 210mm in width. This configuration would suit Semi Trucks, Ships and Planes. The Jig can be rotated to nearly vertical and has three separate height adjustments of 150mm, 130mm and 110mm.

The pictures of the Jig show it set up to hold two 1/18 Diecast Cars. The Length is 420mm, width is 340mm and height 150mm.  Different wheel carrier sizes make it possible to use many different scales. I had this Jig Specially made to suit 1/18 Diecast but the applications are limitless.

The Jig could be set up to suit nearly any hobby Genre and configured in many different styles and sizes.

Models are held in place via their Axles using supplied connection pieces, or by placing wheels in the wheel cups provided to Allow Convenient and secure Mounting during Construction and Painting. Designed to replicate car cradles for detailing real cars.

Owing to how the parts are made, some surface imperfections may be present, though this does not affect its functionality at all.

Length Width and Height adjustment can be made in various forms.

I am only selling this Jig as I am no longer actively involved in modelling after 50 Years.
