Here is some fine print guidance prompted by numerous awkward requests I have received as a seller:
Ebay has been my business partner since 2010. I have an exclusive contract with ebay and I am loyal to ebay. 100% of the items I have for sale are listed on ebay.
I will not conduct sales outside of ebay. I do not retain customer contact information. I also do not meet customers in person.
All items are packaged with care and shipped via USPS. Thankfully, I have never had a chat with a customer about an item that was damaged during shipping.
I have a return policy so my customers feel protected from a disappointing transaction. If something goes wrong with our transaction, please let me know via ebay messaging.
