One pint size bottle distilled extract of witch hazel NF distributed by Sear, Roebuck and Co Chicago, IL and other leading cities with metal lid. Has a sears label in the back that reads 2S H 8 539 390 the bottom of the bottle has writing that I believe says DES PAT 89237 and a small symbol that looks to me to be an O with and A in the middle. No cracks. No liquid in bottle. Please see pictures for reference, item sold as is. Message with any questions.
