We try to be as very honest as we can which is why each product we list we take the time to take actual photos. So you can be the final supreme court judge LoL. The screen to me looks like it is in very good shape with some minor scratches that in my opinion are only noticeable while the console is turned off and do not affect gameplay in anyway. We use a very bright led lamp so you can see any imperfections. Console has been tested and works as it should.
I wanted to clear things up, because last holiday season we had a lot of people who had the miss understanding about a lot of items and how they come from the factory. With Nintendo Switches, not all joy-con's lock in place. Some do, some do not, when they do not lock in place that does not mean they are broken. The ones that do not lock are still firmly attached, but if you give them a hard push or very hard tap they pop off, this a fail safe to prevent cracking and breakage. Nintendo is of course under the impression kids play this, and because of that they are going to assume, at some point the switch can see hard use or be dropped so they designed some joy-cons to again, pop off if pressed, pushed, yanked, or smacked hard enough. There is not anything wrong with the joy-cons this is how they were made. This model's joy-cons do snap in place but do not fully lock. I am only writing this to clear up and confusion. We understand people get upset when they do not get what they expect, we try our best to provide products that match our description and that you would expect from a used product.
