For your convenience, please be aware that both UPS Mail Innovations and FedEx SmartPost handle the transportation of packages to your local USPS for final delivery. Currently in some large metro areas, UPS Mail Innovations is utilizing other service providers for delivery such as Roadie and Veho due to the demand and staff shortages with USPS. Tracking will still be provided through your order and on UPS.com
