📦 Shipping

• We only ship to the confirmed address provided by eBay. Before making a payment, please ensure that your eBay shipping address is correct.
• Address change requests are not accepted.
• We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, country sanctions, brand restrictions, customs delays, or taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees.
• We can mark the package as a gift, but all international shipments will be labeled as an "eBay Purchase" on the insurance form.
• International Buyers: While we strive to provide the most reliable and affordable shipping service, international delivery is subject to courier performance and customs regulations.

💳 Payment

• Payment must be made within 1 days of purchase.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday as our business days are Monday-Friday.

🔄 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, except for items sold as-is.

• The returned item must be in the same condition as received. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If a sealed package, protective bag, factory seal has been opened, damaged, or tampered with, the item can no longer be considered returned in its original sealed condition. Because the item’s usage history cannot be verified, a full diagnostic inspection and testing process may be required before the item can be resold. In such cases, a restocking and diagnostic inspection fee of 15% of the item price, with a minimum fee of $10.00, may be deducted from the refund.

• All items have security labels and recorded serial numbers to prevent fraud. We carefully inspect all returns to verify authenticity, serial numbers, condition, and completeness.

• Returns involving removed, altered, damaged, or missing security labels, removed or altered serial numbers, missing parts, item substitution, or any item that does not match the item originally shipped will not be considered a valid return.

• Returns that do not comply with our policy may be denied and reported to eBay through the appropriate return or case process. We may provide eBay with supporting evidence, including photos, serial number records, security label records, packaging records, and inspection results.

• If fraud, item substitution, or intentional misrepresentation is suspected, we reserve the right to take further action, including submitting documentation to eBay Seller Protection, appealing any case decision where applicable, filing a report with the shipping carrier, and reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities.
