New , no box purchased a few years back and never hung up or used. Wonderful ornate raised design open work snowflake like medallion approx 5" wide by approx 5" tall that goes against wall or post. Black Cast iron bell is 4" in diameter at bottom open end and is. Heavy weight. Has a  pull ring cord that is very long 20" and has a cast iron little dangle at the end. In all once hung up it should all measure about 30" long by 5" wide. Has a cord to hang temp or has holes to screw in post. Screws are not included. Can be used with many types of house styles from Traditional to Farmhouse to  Mission to Victorian .
